“Literally the best phone retailer experience I have ever had.I need to start by saying that I first went to the T-Mobile corporate location 3 minutes down the street to try to get a new plan set up with my husband. we were blatantly lied to by the associate working, Nico. He wouldn’t allow us to enroll in the 3 line plan with the price quoted to us online, saying that it was impossible. So my husband and I decided to try this location out since it was so close by.We were greeted by a friendly face, Lindsay, who truly went above and beyond to help us. She was able to easily assist us with the plan we asked for and she stayed late after close to make sure we were all set up.
