“I reserved a car for an 8:30 pickup. This location Chadds Ford 144 Wilmington W Chester Pike is very convenient to our home. The office called the afternoon before offering early pickup without starting charges until scheduled time, which was wonderful! Great Audi Q3 had only 10K miles and was clean and ready to go. No push to upcharge us. We were off quickly. Drop off was smooth and easy with no issues. Both of the guys that we worked with at the office were friendly, professional and just nice.
Can't say enough other than I'll be using this office from now on.”

“As always, it couldn't have been easier. I reserved the car in advance, got there 5 minutes before my pick-up time, and was in the car in under 3 minutes including all the signatures and inspection. It took me longer to adjust the mirrors. Location is convenient and the staff is great.”
“Enterprise did not have the midsize SUV that I had reserved, so they substituted a HUGE Dodge Durango at the same price. As our insurance company was footing the bill, I didn’t quibble, though I worried about the gas mileage. 23.4 MPH was very respectable and if I had children again, I’d buy one. The Pick up and After Hours Return were both very smooth.”
“This was second time using this location for my rental needs and Tre was fantastic! She had a glowing personality and was eager to help. When I picked up my rental it was a Honda CRV she apologized for no sedans and said they would call if one came available. Told her not to worry because whatever she gave me that day would be what I would keep until I got my car back. The gas refilling charge was $2.98 a gallon, much cheaper than the $3.68 a gallon at shell. Overall another excellent experience with Enterprise!”
“This place is fantastic. Always ready with a range of reliable strong,clean,and modern vehicles. Extremely reasonable pricing paired with exceptional customer service. The kind of experience you hope for but fall short of when you go to some kind of corporate entity. Like Enterprise or the like. I don't know about you, but if I have the chance to engage with a local business that I know I can depend on. I'm putting my money and trust in someone like the ultra kind ,and always accommodating folks at Lady Liberty. They really make you feel like you've made the sound decision when taking part in their service. I know I can count on these folks when I gotta get some miles down in a hurry. “Id like to start off apologizing to the girl who assisted with my initial reservation. It went extremely well, however, i was displeased with all the questions about my own auto ins policy. Ive rented hundreds of cars from all diff agencies, across the US. I never take the rental ins, as i have my own coverage. All they ever ask for is my ins company name. Here, i was asked for my policy number, ded amt and company name. She stated it is was their policy (must be the locations policy). Other than that, everything was great incl the return process. I felt bad after leaving for complaining so much about their policy, as i never had that issue before. I’m guessing they’ve had some bad experience with renters at this location. I would rent here again, even with this policy.”

“The service I received was very personable and helpful. I had an issue with the vehicle I was originally assigned but Tremaine and Dae’Shawn quickly resolved the situation. The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. I took off one star with hopes that corporate will work to get this amazing team better vehicles.”

“Visiting from out of town and my first Zipcar experience in DC area. The instructions to find the car are pretty detailed. App makes it very easy to make reservations. I did have trouble booking a one way trip so ended doing a round trip instead. I also couldn't figure out how to give the car to valet since I had to lock it. Other than that, it was convenient, easy and gave me a car for a half day to run errands. Very helpful to have in the city”
