“10000/10 rating the staff are amazing and wonderful, very polite and the most respectful people ive had the pleasure of talking to. i was being misgendered by someone on the phone and the keybank staff who was on the call with us corrected him everytime and respected my pronouns . very transfriendly experience and i loved it and the way she made me feel like i matter . keep up the great work everyone should use this branch for their employees and their services they provide”
“Although Citizen's Bank is a regional bank with over 15 locations, I absolutely loved the small-town feel of the Tualatin Branch. After several years of using Citizen's for my small business banking needs, I appreciated the relatively consistent friendly staff (no high staff turnover), where everyone knows your name. If you miss the days of personal banking, and especially if you require business banking services, you should definitely consider Citizen's Bank in Tualatin.”
“The staff in this branch are very good, both on the phone and in person. Calling a customer service phone # is in another world; disappointing intonation, difficult to understand or follow their train of though. I understand they have all types of Karen's, and Ken's to service, but they need a extensive better education in English/Spanish customer service and not as much on screen suggested directions that become crazy and disjointed.”
“I wish I could reply to some of these bonehead reviews - so "Lacey C":
1. You did not give the bank $30,000. You bought a boat, you gave the seller money, not the bank.
2. There is legal liability to doing a notary service, why in the world would I want my bank taking liability for someone who is not a client? Someone with whom there is zero recourse, in a world laiden with fraud and scams. Were you dropped on your head as a child. Like, a lot?
3. But even if there was not, why would anyone provide services for free to non customers. What are you...going to not do business with them! lol what a threat. I'M GOING TO CONTINUE TO PAY YOU NOTHING, BECAUSE YOU WOULDN'T DO FREE STUFF FOR ME GRRRRRR. Well alrighty then, there's the door, I will try to pick up the pieces of my life. but seeing as how nothing changed - either now or lets be honest, in the future - it seems like this is going to be a rather quick and easy recovery for me.
Good luck at wells fargo, usbank, b of a, or awhatever doesn't-pay-taxes credit union, the DMV of banking, you land at. You think THIS is poor customer service? strap in fluffly Mc'Spectsalot, its going to be a bumpy ride.
My prior review:
I can't believe all the negatives about this branch, and Heather in particular (although some of the anger is not understanding banking/security and misdirected) Heather is phenominal, always friendly, always helpful, bends over backwards to fix things for you and gets it right the first time, every time. Comparred to the major banks, the service is incredible and compared to credit unions like Advantis and On Point it is far beyond next level. They know who you are when you walk in or call. Now I have had some negative experiences with some employees - a branch manager who handed me an application for a HELOC and told me to go fill it out and come back (I did not, I opened the 2 HELOCS at another institution) and I had an officier ignore an email for a mortgage loan. So, I do go out of my way to drive across town to work with Heather. I've never been told to call any 800 number, or had any issue getting anything done. 1 corporate account, 1 LLC account, and several personal accounts. I would say this bank is better suited to clients rather than people just cashing their paychecks, but thats just my opinion.”
“If you have perfect credit, you're not gonna understand my gratitude for this location. Of course, my credit isn't great and my job has not yet set up direct deposit so I have a paper check I have to cash drawn from Wells Fargo. It's been a few years since I've had to go into a bank and cash a check but it has never been a fun experience. Since I'm an adult, nobody understands why I can't just deposit it into my bank and normally bank tellers will make me feel like a complete loser because I don't have a bank account and then they will push a bank account on me hard-core they will ask me for five pieces of ID fingerprint before they cost find charge me to cash app but it's the Teylar does it do it for me!”
“I've been going to this branch for the last year to submit daily cash deposits for my company/job. I've become a sort of "regular" which is kind of cool to experience. A lot of the staff know me by name and they're asking me about my business and how things are going, etc. I admit that I'm use to delivering that type of experience and service to my own regulars/customers but I don't experience it often being on the receiving end. It's great. Jesse, Lucia (sp?), Patrice (sp?), and Cathy (sp?) are just a few of the awesome individuals at this location that have provided me amazing customer service (service with a smile) over the last year. :D With that said, sometimes I visit the US Bank location off of Scholls Ferry, but it just doesn't compare to this one. I can see and feel the vibrancy of the smiles and friendliness here and that's with everyone wearing a mask. That's no easy feat if I am being honest! :)”
“I've been with Chase and BofA, Rivermark has been by far the best bank. I've been with them for a few years now and I'm very happy and satisfied with their service..”
