“I don't like Keybank is a terrible bank I don't use Keybank anymore, I'm giving the 5 stars to a Keybank banker his name is Jabob he is awesome,I was trying for month to resolve a problem with a check and no one at Keybank could help me with my concern until I went to Jacob and finally he helped me with that check, and again Keybank is a terrible bank for banking I didn't have a good experience banking with Keybank the service is terrible at Keybank but Jabob gave me a excellent customer service he is nice and efficient”

“HUGE shout out to Olivia!My wife and I are currently hosting a displaced couple from Ukraine. We needed to set them up with a bank account. Olivia, over the course of almost 2 hours (going a bit beyond closing on a Friday), very patiently overcame a moderate language barrier, reading passports in another language (and alphabet), and figuring out how to change the regional settings on an iPhone to be able to download the US Bank app (which apparently, and probably for good reason, cannot be downloaded to a phone that appears to be from Eastern Europe). I cannot overstate how beneficial it will be to get their account set up.What a phenomenal representative of US Bank!”
