“I can't say enough great things about Riverview Community Bank in Tualatin! Walking into their lobby is like entering the home of a good friend; I feel so welcome. The team is small, which means you see familiar faces every time you bank and they remember who you are in turn. I believe in supporting local, especially during these difficult times, so if you're searching for a bank that will personally take care of you at a level that surpasses all your expectations, Riverview in Tualatin is exactly where you want to be.”

“Update: The people in the branch are very friendly and polite and explained that they're switching ATM providers and it's taking longer than expected. They accommodated me by letting me withdraw funds in person. Supposedly, I will get a card ordered and a confirmation when they happens. I'll update more then.Absolute Garbage for service. If you only have your mandatory vacation fund with them they won't let you withdraw funds in person. Instead they'll sell you an ATM card that never arrives. 4 different workers have sold me the ATM card now, but each time they fail to send it. And each time the next worker tells me that it wasn't ordered, but that they in fact will send it. I'm hoping that a poor rating and review will prompt them to follow up and do their job, but since we don't have the option of depositing our vacation funds elsewhere I'm not holding my breath.”

“Highly recommend this credit union. Great service. Takes getting used to having no tellers in the bank. Not totally sure why they use the virtual tellers but it works.”

“Always excellent service and great friendly environment. Braxton and Cady are amazing, funny, and super helpful, as is the rest of the team. Always such a pleasure.”

“If you have perfect credit, you're not gonna understand my gratitude for this location. Of course, my credit isn't great and my job has not yet set up direct deposit so I have a paper check I have to cash drawn from Wells Fargo. It's been a few years since I've had to go into a bank and cash a check but it has never been a fun experience. Since I'm an adult, nobody understands why I can't just deposit it into my bank and normally bank tellers will make me feel like a complete loser because I don't have a bank account and then they will push a bank account on me hard-core they will ask me for five pieces of ID fingerprint before they cost find charge me to cash app but it's the Teylar does it do it for me!”

“Great local bank. I've been banking her for 7 years, and I've always been more than happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend this bank if you're looking for an alternative to the big four and something with a local touch.”

“Although Citizen's Bank is a regional bank with over 15 locations, I absolutely loved the small-town feel of the Tualatin Branch. After several years of using Citizen's for my small business banking needs, I appreciated the relatively consistent friendly staff (no high staff turnover), where everyone knows your name. If you miss the days of personal banking, and especially if you require business banking services, you should definitely consider Citizen's Bank in Tualatin.”

“I've been going to this branch for the last year to submit daily cash deposits for my company/job. I've become a sort of "regular" which is kind of cool to experience. A lot of the staff know me by name and they're asking me about my business and how things are going, etc. I admit that I'm use to delivering that type of experience and service to my own regulars/customers but I don't experience it often being on the receiving end. It's great. Jesse, Lucia (sp?), Patrice (sp?), and Cathy (sp?) are just a few of the awesome individuals at this location that have provided me amazing customer service (service with a smile) over the last year. :D With that said, sometimes I visit the US Bank location off of Scholls Ferry, but it just doesn't compare to this one. I can see and feel the vibrancy of the smiles and friendliness here and that's with everyone wearing a mask. That's no easy feat if I am being honest! :)”
