“They have a drive through with a real person in it! Dog treats and cookies available in the lobby. Tellers are all really nice and willing to go the extra mile. Even when waiting for our checks to get processed, they kept coming up making sure we knew they were still actively working on the issue. Bank lobby itself is bright and clean. “Jen was right by my side during the home buying process and what I mean by that is, was apart of MY team, even though I used the builders preferred lender (which I will never do again). Often times, builders (especially new construction) try to do quick closes without explaining everything out in detail causing confusion and ultimately frustration. Jen actually caught an error (higher percentage) when reviewing my documents with me that the lender was going to let slide through. I am grateful for Jen and her hard work in ensuring people receive the fair value for their investment. I plan to work with Jen on future home buys / when it makes sense to refinance. They are accommodating with my mom who now is 103. They know we are not wealthy but they still treat us like we are valuable to them. “Justin Ziehnert has been my moms banker for the past couple years. He was in Lake Grove but when he moved to the Lake Oswego branch we definitely followed him there. My mom has dementia, and hasn’t been able to manage her banking the past couple years. He’s helped us in a number of ways. One was Mom was charging things on her credit card that were scams. He was able to retrieve most of the money back. He is always very friendly, thorough, and simply put helpful. In this stressful situation of finances and having a mother with dementia, it’s so nice to be able to depend on someone at the bank. Thank you Justin!!”

“S.W. B Lake Oswego. I was out from out of town buying a truck that was suppose to be a done deal. I needed more money, I arrived at the bank at 4:45 with no appt. I knocked on the window fully expecting to be turned away, because that's what would happen at my home branch in Roseburg. Nope the girl was super nice even though I probably looked more like a bank robber at that point. I was pleasantly pleased with their customer service , polite and friendliness that didn't feel fake....Thanks”
