“Currently, I have a car there- called for an update... Car has been there 18 days- and no estimated date of completion. I called to get any idea of completion- was rudely spoken to by Haley-- "well it was a tow in..." as she laughed. Let's just say, not a productive conversation, like I was inconveniencing her. Good news though- I got a callback less than 5 minutes later- had a delightful call - and received the simple update I was looking for. They have been doing a diligent job hunting down parts... generally - very pleased. Gave them a 5 star, maybe Haley was just having a bad day-- everyone gets a pass once and a while.”

“Accurate Auto of Tigard performed a thorough and quick diagnostic, identified the issues, and performed the repairs within a day. As a comparison, I took my vehicle to a competitor 4 times, complaining of blue smoke from tailpipe and chugging motion, and they could not identify any issue (it was the spark plugs, which should have been something obvious to check). Friendly, patient, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable service; it's hard to put a price on this commitment Accurate Auto makes to customer satisfaction!”
“This guys was amazing, I have having a electrical and starter issue, we replaced the starter, but still didn’t fix the issue, so he hung around, we through some ideas around, and determined we should take the battery out of the equation. Lo and behold, problem fix. He ran out to go get the battery so he can get us on our way. 10/10 would highly recommend him. So nice and polite. Would definitely use him again if I was ever in the area and needed help again.”

“My daughter bought a car from a less-than-honest dealer—her first time. Live and learn, right? Needless to say, the 2011 Subaru turned out to be a cluster of issues. We took it to our longtime mechanics, trusting they would advise us on what needed fixing to ensure safety. They addressed a couple of significant issues, but alignment wasn't their specialty. So, I had to find someone else for that, and Discount Auto recommended Henderson's Auto in Tigard.
When Henderson's called, they informed us that while the back end had been fixed, they couldn't properly align it because the front end was cracked and torn—a concern I had raised with the previous shop, which dismissed it. Additionally, they noted that the battery we had installed was wrong for the car. The previous shop notified me, but, said it was working fine. Henderson's pointed out that the terminals were on the wrong side and rubbing against the fender, posing a fire hazard. Though it wasn't what I wanted to hear, it was the right thing to say and the safe recommendation to make. I truly appreciate their straightforward approach and the thorough explanation behind their recommendations. This is how business is done, we will be going back. Thanks to Brian, Doug, and everyone at the shop!”

“These guys are outstanding, My cars wheel were literally about to fall off with only 1 lugnut attached, I had no money at all and couldn't get credit yet, Not only did they fix the issue but they replaced the tire and the missing lug nuts and didn't charge me. I would of been stuck without a car and no way to make money if they hadn't helped me. I will never take my car anywhere else ever these guys are out of this world amazingly nice and I couldn't be more greatful and will be paying for these services as soon as I get paid even though they said it wasn't necessary, but it is to me.
