“My clutch failed completely in my 2011 Ford Ranger on Monday. Another shop didn't want to deal with a major clutch job. They said I shouldn't look any further than The Bolts on Motors shop in Sherwood for the clutch work. As soon as I had my truck towed to the shop. Mary had the truck checked and the staff said "sure." They knew what to do within the hour.
An estimate was written up with a complete description explained to me. An appointment was set up for Wednesday and the work was completed by Thursday using all Ford parts. The price was very reasonable compared to my regular Ford dealership. I was surprised how smooth a properly working clutch shifted. The work came with a 12 months 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor.
I would recommend Bolts on Motors completely. It is the "Go to Shop" people always seek out.”

“I have to give credit where credit is due. My car overheated on the weekend and again a couple days later. Andy was able to get my vehicle in the morning I called and diagnosed. He was able to get the parts the next day and had my vehicle fixed by afternoon. I don’t live locally and am super grateful he was able to get my vehicle back to normal so quickly. On top of all the above, he did this when the weather was around triple digits.”
“Had a small staple in my tire which one location said it couldn’t be fixed, would need new tires, and put the spare on. Luckily, I came to this one on my way home to have them take a second look and switch them back since I had to still drive to Salem. Wade took the time to figure out my options to help save costs. He had great customer service. In the end, he was able to fix the tire which I am so grateful for! Definitely is an awesome employee. Always mixed on my experiences with these places but would come back to this one.”

“What a great experience at Sherwood JiffyLube! Went in for an oil change, but it turned out the mileage indicated my Honda was also in need of some other "fill-ups," as well. I had initially stayed in the car because my small dog was with me, but I was asked if I wouldn't mind moving to the waiting room, as they needed to have someone in the driver's seat. Roger offered to move a chair outside, as it was a nice day, so I sat there with my dog in my lap. After a few minutes, a cool wind picked up and I was just about to ask if I could get my coat from the car when Roger came out and asked if I'd like him to get my dog's blanket out of the car (Dobby's a Chihuahua and I'm pretty sure he starts shivering when it gets below 70 degrees!). Anyway, Dobby and I were both very appreciative of Roger's kindness throughout our time there - though Dobby was probably most thankful for the dog treat!”
