I decided to go with CC not only because their bid was competitive but primarily because their staff was very professional, answered my questions to my satisfaction, (unlike the other two companies I obtained bids from) AND they promised to get my car back to me within a very reasonable time.Most importantly, they did an excellent job and even returned my car earlier than promised. In spite of the fact that the place was booked the young girl in the office came out and actually got down underneath the truck to look around. I don't think I have a friend that would do that. “I just got my car back from getting the complete interior/exterior detail service, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would give 10 stars if I could! I hadn't cleaned my 2004 CRV in several months and now it looks terrific. There was even pollen encrusted in the grooves on the exterior, but it's all gone now. I highly recommend Wilsonville Honda. I've been having my 2004 CRV serviced there for at least eight years, and I intend to keep going back.The service people have always been wonderful, and I greatly appreciate the free shuttle service. Kevin was driving today and he was prompt, professional, and friendly.”

I have had to come get the car looked at more than I would like with it being certified used. I would have expected a bit more thorough check of the car before sale. “On Sunday, March 3, 2024, my husband and I visited Wilsonville Subaru. We had discussed purchasing a car for me to drive and decided to drop in to see what this dealer had to offer. I had been interested in a Forrester for several years but we never really looked in earnest because I hated the process so much. Hence, I've been driving the same car for 16 years. So it was with surprise and pleasure that we were met at the dealership's front door by a courteous and friendly man, Tony Gutierrez and he stayed with us through the whole process! He literally spend HOURS showing us different cars and and very patiently explaining everything and answering all our questions. Frankly, it was a relief that we only had to interact with one person.
