I called to purchase an extra key fob for my Sprinter and they told me they couldn't help me and to call a local locksmith. Apparently they only sell them to customers who have lost all keys and have to tow their vehicle to the dealership. Just more headache for the customer. I sure wish Lexus made a Sprinter equivalent....
