Amazing customer service!We are traveling in a Sprinter RV and team at Salem Mercedes were amazing getting us back on our way in a couple of days! Wish we lived in OR so we could have this as our go to mechanic. AND I have NEVER seen such a clean shop.

I took my car for an oil changed for the first time here. The staff was very helpful and kind! They were able to take care of my car and check on things that I was worried about, definitely a much better experience than other places I’ve been to! I also appreciated the complementary car wash! I will definitely be back

Very well organized and run repair and maintenance shop with highly trained people. Polite and efficient. Recall parts were ordered and there when we brought our Sprinter in for replacement. Sales floor people were very polite and helpful too. Highly recommend this agency! Patrick Brown
