“I have had MetroPCS for the past 6 years and I got to say I really like that they always helpful help me out and this location is very convenient since it's small that means not a lot of people go and there's always somebody that's going to attend to you and get your questions answered and it will help you with any kind of technical problem you may have on your phone they'll take the time to work with you and make sure everything is up to date good people depending if you see the employee that helps others is always trying to help them and others lot of efforts in their time but at the end they're trying to get the job done as best as possible time is a virtue over there but it's worth the wait if you really want the job to be done I rather wait rather than go through the hassle of dealing with it myself./Avalon español depentiento en la persona que trabaje y asen El trabajo la mejor posible.”

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they don't do much in the way of incentive programs for current customers unless you want to add a line. And by this I mean, they have all kinds of perks for new customers, free phones, etc. Or you can get a free smart watch, etc, if you add a line. But what if I don't want to do that? How about paying off my current phone? Or giving me a $25/month credit for a year. Something. Otherwise, where's the incentive for me to stay? You might have noticed I said I've been with T-Mobile for nearly 15 years. This is because I'm too lazy to switch companies. Not because they've made it worth my while to stay financially. However, they do have top-notch customer service. And that is really worth a lot. Plus, I have a really high line of credit with them after all this time. Lol. So, like most things in life, there's the good and the bad. You just have to choose which is more important... and clearly, after 15 years, I guess we can all see what's more important to me.”
“Dylan!? Did we just become best friends? Yesterday we transferred over, four phones and 2 Apple Watches from Verizon. Dylan and Jacob made the whole experience fantastic! Transferring that many lines is a nightmare to say the least, but we laughed the whole time and neither of them ever seemed frustrated or anxious to get us out of the store. Though heavily occupied with all our chaos, the greeting every customer who came in with a genuine “welcome”. 10/10 The I’ll always go here for all my needs! Thank you both for making this a fun enthusiastic visit!!!”
“After being completely disgusted with Xfinity cancelling appointments, long wait times, and billing issues before my service was even hooked up, and Centurylink asking for $1300 to run a cable under my street, this store was a huge relief. I was waited on immediately, and had internet at my house immediately after. I so wish I had gone here first, I could've had internet right after I moved in. The employees also were knowledgeable and great problem solvers. I felt the need to write this review because I wasted hours of my life with two other companies before finding this store and I hope to spare you the same experience.”
