“It is incredibly refreshing to have a locally-operated ISP. Every time I've ever needed to call them for customer service (which is incredibly rare) I immediately reach a customer service representative who is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Each time they have upgraded their packages to higher speed tiers, we have been upgraded automatically - no need to call and beg for whatever new deal they are running. We do have occasional downtime on the service, but not any more often than I remember when we were on one of the national ISP networks, and the downtime has never lasted more than a couple hours.Dealing with Comcast and/or Century Link used to be such a pain, WVF is a better company to work with by a huge margin.”
