They came out so quick to get internet service set up. We were missing a piece of equipment but the technician had one in the truck and installed it super fast! He was also very polite and informative, can’t remember his name but he seemed super chill!

Great local provider. MINET offers great speeds at an affordable price! Love the customer service & how receptive they are to my needs :) Totally forgot to pay my bill one month. They gave me a courtesy call & have lowered the reconnection fee from $25 to $15!! BLESS UP.

MINET is an absolutely wonderful company. I've had them for their 1gig services for almost a year now, and everyone at this company is so sweet and their customer service is incredible. I have never had such great internet service, either!
