Will never book reservations at this place ever again ! They docked me for one night's stay for canceling 38 minutes beyond the cutoff even after respectfully requesting the penalty be waived. This is a prime example of poor customer service ?

The rooms had some problem but carefully taken care of, immediately. Very helpful caretaker.
