Great location, fair rates, and kind staff. Definitely one of the better hotels in Roseburg.

No elevator, older hotel but air conditioning worked great and even though the 2 queen beds looked worn out. They were very comfortable. They had breakfast in the am, eggs, sausage , potatoes, and waffles. Plus cereal, and yogurt. Sausage was really good.A good one night stay as your passing through for a reasonable price.

Staff is very friendly. They do offer a small breakfast. Rooms have newer furniture, but is very dated.
