I called RPM for a tow. Leonardo was great. Arrived early and did some quick troubleshooting. 2017 push button Honda pilot can’t get into neutral without a special tool. He was able to quickly figure it out. Made a terrible situation in a chaotic intersection almost fun. Great attitude and service. Highly recommend!!!
