“I came in to get some invitations printed and there was a customer ahead of me taking awhile with her order. Craig checked in with me when I first arrived and I told him I needed printing so he said I should wait in the line I was currently in. After about 15 minutes of waiting, Craig came back and offered to help since it was taking so long. He was very thorough and made sure I got the size invitations I needed. He even cut the invitations after printing for me. Great customer service experience to start my day!”

“A friend gave me her Smith Corona portable typewriter and I brought it to Pacific Typewriter for a general look-see and a couple of sticky keys. I submitted a request for a quote and within minutes I received a response asking for more details on the exact features I was looking for. (who knew there would be so many options for a chair?). I was trying to find the exact chair I have at the office, and didn't know all the details, but with the help of Martha Monce, a Project Coordinator at OIC, we figured it out. Martha was fantastic, responsive, and very helpful in getting my order exactly right. Really above and beyond the kind of service I got from any other company I contacted for a quote. “I have used WDI several times over the past few years for residential moves in the Portland area. They are amazing! The movers are super friendly and professional and always a pleasure to work with. We are always astonished at how fast they are at moving large quantities of furniture and household items while still providing careful, gentle handling of items. I do want give a "shout out" to the amazing Josh who came out recently to do a spur of the moment, quick move of a large area rug that needed to be returned to the point of purchase. I thought it would be a 2 man lift, but he handled it on his own without hesitation. He was great and so friendly and cheerful about the whole thing. I will always call WDI for my moving needs. “I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with them on putting together several proposals for brand new copier machines in our offices as our lease on our existing equipment through Pacific Office Automation is FINALLY drawing to a close (and btw, if you are even remotely considering going down that route with POA, don't just walk away... RUN! Trust me). The rep that I worked with throughout this entire process (and it was a long one, on our end, not theirs) was Nick Bassett, and he was an absolute delight! He stuck by us every step of the way, with a dogged determination and drive to see things through. He may be young and somewhat new to the industry, but do not let that fool you. This guy really knows his stuff, far better than many veteran reps who I have spoken to throughout my lifetime. He is always prompt and timely in his responses and follow-up, does exactly what he says he is going to do, is extremely knowledgeable about his company and the products and services that they provide, and truly cares about what is in the best interests of the customer, and is therefore not pushy in the least, which I really appreciated. I have absolutely no doubt that Nick is going to go very far in his career, no matter where his future takes him, and I hope that one day our paths might cross again in the future. While we ultimately were not able to work with Kelley in the end due to a corporate contract that was in place with another provider and entirely out of my control, I definitely consider that to be a huge loss on our end, as this is one classy company, and one that I would have loved to have been partners with. And I would gladly be willing to recommend their services to anybody, any day of the week. So thank you, Kelley Connect, for a job very well done. “I've worked with Imperial Office Solutions in a professional capacity, and for the most part, they've provided prompt and pleasant service. I've unable to get into specifics of our deployment, due to non-disclosure agreements, but I can safely say that, overall, the process of swapping out some leased hardware has been relatively painless.Yes, there have been a few hiccups and snafus along the road to swapping out our leased devices, such as license files not being pre-emptively installed, being shorted some external accessories, and then being shipped an incompatible peripheral, which had to be exchanged. However, in each case, Rick (the owner) was right on top of the issues, helping us sort out each individual case as fast as could possibly be expected. For that reason alone, I would highly recommend Imperial Office Solutions for your office hardware needs. Paraphasing the words of Vanilla Ice: "If you got a problem, yo, IOS will solve it!"”

I have a herniated disk and was looking for a chair that will allow me to sit for the long hours my job demands.Those of us with this condition know how painful this can be. “We purchased our copier in 2018, and we also purchased a maintenance agreement. We are a small business in Bend, and we are so pleased with how they take care of our needs. Most of the time, we don't need much attention, but when we do, they really listen and respond very quickly. I never have to worry about not having supplies or service. The President of the company actually came to our office this year to see how we were doing and asked if we needed anything. It's been 5 years since they sold us our copier. “I purchased an Embody chair from Pacific WRO almost a decade ago and they have always been responsive, and professional anytime I needed a part replaced under the warranty of the chair. In the decade of ownership they were nice enough to send a technician to my house with replacement parts to fix any and all issues at no cost to me. It's really refreshing to see companies keeping their promise instead of finding ways to avoid taking care of the customer. Tim the tech/repair guy is awesome, he came out to replace a broken part and noticed that another part of my chair needed replacement for my safety, he fixed the initial problem AND referred a follow up appointment to fix the other part. I wont hesitate to purchase my next chair from Pacific WRO. Thanks again TIM!!!”

“I went in to get some pictures printed for an art project and I had never been there before. The people at the print center were so friendly and helpful. They helped me resize the photos to exactly the size I needed. I didn't catch the name of one associate but she and Alex were really great!
