“I bought two matching reclining chairs from NW Gallery back in September. Wendy was my salesperson and she was excellent!I knew they'd take a while and gave them a call after 2 months. Ceasar called the manufacturer and they told him the fabric I had ordered was discontinued. They never thought to tell him - even with an open order waiting for it. He got right on it, gave me a call within the day and I went back to the store to pick another fabric. I've been very anxious that the new fabric wouldn't work as well and I finally just let it go and hoped for the best.The best happened! The chairs were delivered today on time, by two good guys who were careful and helpful. And the best news - the chairs are in perfect condition, work well and look great!I am very happy with my purchases and with NW Gallery Furniture!!! I recommend them highly! Ceasar and Wendy are pretty great as well!”

“Our printer was jamming 30+ times per day, it was extremely frustrating.I placed a request for maintenance support via email, Graccie responded immediately and sent Nami to our office within the same day!Nami was extremely knowledgeable and quick to understand the issue. She ordered the right parts immediately, and came back the following day with the ordered part.When Nami came back the next day, I explained to her that the area our printer was jamming at had moved from the day before - that was no problem for her! Once again, she immediately knew the problem and fixed our printer within 10 minutes of arriving.Please, give Nami a bonus! She was incredibly knowledgeable, very kind, and efficient.Very happy with the customer service of Pacific Office Automation.”

I was empowered with back rub aids so my backrubs could actually penetrate and do some good, and she had some blue curl thingy that aligned her spine.She then laid down and slept for 14 hours as she had been in too much pain to do otherwise beforehand.If you have read this far you have wasted valuable time you should have spent driving to this business and buying what you need to return to "functional adult" .PS I did the math and compared to the time off she would have needed to take, we walked out with a bargain. Missed work is SUPER expensive.”
