“We have worked with Andy Savinar and Sarah Cox for over 10 years. We planned a recent move and needed space planning and furniture for the move. Sarah was amazing went to old and new locations. Took pictures, Made up to date space plans, listened to us and helped us improve our layout and clearly detail our needs. Ordered the furniture with a 2 week delivery time line. We can't wait to see the new furniture. She also helped us visualize the reuse of existing cubicles. She is super talented.”

“I came in to get some invitations printed and there was a customer ahead of me taking awhile with her order. Craig checked in with me when I first arrived and I told him I needed printing so he said I should wait in the line I was currently in. After about 15 minutes of waiting, Craig came back and offered to help since it was taking so long. He was very thorough and made sure I got the size invitations I needed. He even cut the invitations after printing for me. Great customer service experience to start my day!”

“A friend gave me her Smith Corona portable typewriter and I brought it to Pacific Typewriter for a general look-see and a couple of sticky keys. “I was throwing out a net to get quotes on a specific desk chair for my home office, and came across the OIC website. I submitted a request for a quote and within minutes I received a response asking for more details on the exact features I was looking for. (who knew there would be so many options for a chair?). I was trying to find the exact chair I have at the office, and didn't know all the details, but with the help of Martha Monce, a Project Coordinator at OIC, we figured it out. Martha was fantastic, responsive, and very helpful in getting my order exactly right. Really above and beyond the kind of service I got from any other company I contacted for a quote. And the price was reasonable. I highly recommend OIC.”

“My husband and I wanted to turn a spare bedroom into a shared office/library space. After checking Yelp, we contacted Harris WorkSystems, a woman-owned and operated business located right here in Tigard. The website is easy to navigate and the actual showroom is very impressive. We made an appointment with Space Planner, Nate and he came out to our home to take measurements of our actual space and to give us some ideas on how to configure the space we could comfortably share. He drew up a schematic with suggestions for length of counters, the height, where to place file drawers, and a storage tower we had our eye on. We chose a light colored laminate with black accents and drawer pulls. We also added an extra rolling file cabinet for my husband's side. There was a bit of a glitch when the installers came out the first time as a counter was too long on one side of the room and had to be cut down, adding about 3 weeks to the completion time. It was a bit frustrating to wait so long but we understood. After the initial installation, we decided to add extra shelves in the storage tower and add another locking 3-file drawer unit to my side. Since all of the furniture is custom made, it was another few weeks of waiting. Add to that Harris WorkSystems being short-staffed and issues with the supply chain, we remained patient and knew it would all work out. Communication and updates from Nate during this time was a tad unsatisfactory but we are very happy with the end result. Exceptional quality and within budget.We highly recommend Harris Worksystems and are considering having them design a workspace for my home art studio next.”

“I have used WDI several times over the past few years for residential moves in the Portland area. They are amazing! The movers are super friendly and professional and always a pleasure to work with. We are always astonished at how fast they are at moving large quantities of furniture and household items while still providing careful, gentle handling of items. I do want give a "shout out" to the amazing Josh who came out recently to do a spur of the moment, quick move of a large area rug that needed to be returned to the point of purchase. I thought it would be a 2 man lift, but he handled it on his own without hesitation. He was great and so friendly and cheerful about the whole thing. I will always call WDI for my moving needs. “I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with them on putting together several proposals for brand new copier machines in our offices as our lease on our existing equipment through Pacific Office Automation is FINALLY drawing to a close (and btw, if you are even remotely considering going down that route with POA, don't just walk away... RUN! Trust me). The rep that I worked with throughout this entire process (and it was a long one, on our end, not theirs) was Nick Bassett, and he was an absolute delight! He stuck by us every step of the way, with a dogged determination and drive to see things through. He may be young and somewhat new to the industry, but do not let that fool you. This guy really knows his stuff, far better than many veteran reps who I have spoken to throughout my lifetime. He is always prompt and timely in his responses and follow-up, does exactly what he says he is going to do, is extremely knowledgeable about his company and the products and services that they provide, and truly cares about what is in the best interests of the customer, and is therefore not pushy in the least, which I really appreciated. I have absolutely no doubt that Nick is going to go very far in his career, no matter where his future takes him, and I hope that one day our paths might cross again in the future. While we ultimately were not able to work with Kelley in the end due to a corporate contract that was in place with another provider and entirely out of my control, I definitely consider that to be a huge loss on our end, as this is one classy company, and one that I would have loved to have been partners with. And I would gladly be willing to recommend their services to anybody, any day of the week. So thank you, Kelley Connect, for a job very well done. And thank YOU, Nick, for all you did in helping us along the way, and for being so gracious, even when things didn't pan out exactly as we'd all hoped in the end. It did not go unnoticed.”
