They have poor communication skills a couple of day dose not mean almost 2 weeks for a bid that takes 20 minutes. Unless you're not interested

horrible truly horrible worst part was my truck was worse off after it was in the shop at courtesy!! no honor, wouldn't even admit there wrong doings and I'm out 2k with a broke truck..... Do Not go here!!!!!!!! Save yourself

There's plenty of good repair/service place in Portland. Go somewhere else. Took them three days and $200 to run some automatic tests on my cruise control. They kept telling me they'd call me with more info the next morning but never did. I finally just came in in person to abandon their repairs and get my car from them.
