We took our '14 Silverado in today for muffler repair - the folks here are professionals who aren't looking to gouge you on prices, and they're punctual and experienced.He had our truck fired up for all of 10 seconds and he knew exactly what the issue was. The truck was in and out in a few hours and sounds better than when we bought it!This was a stress on us for far too long thinking repairs would cost an arm and a leg, and Troy and the fine folks at Newman's have alleviated that stress in less than a day. I will be buying additional tires as I always have from Les Schwab, especially In Ontario, (as you save sales tax,) and these guys are so polite and professional and prompt with service, And they got me right in on schedule and wasted no time at getting my vehicle done as I waited.? If you need to buy tires, an alignment, or your tires checked, Les Schwab is always so helpful and greet you with a smile and a friendly face.

“I locked my keys in the car while it was running. I called my roadside assistance and they couldn't get anybody closer than Boise. It was going to take 2 hrs for them to respond. I called Rich's Auto Clinic and they sent someone out to help me when the first 3 on the list wouldn't. I recommend them anytime!??”
“This place has TOP tier service! I don't think I'll ever even look at another dealership after visiting this place! I took my parents truck in for an oil change and was greeted very kindly. They offered to rotate tires and also wash the exterior once they were finished. The oil change was complimentary, btw, because my parents purchased their truck there. But even if I had paid to do the oil, it was a super good price. While I waited I was offered water, full coffee bar, chips, and popcorn. Lots of outlets in lobby in case u have to charge phone while you wait. Free wifi and comfy environment. 12/10 would go back any day of the week!”
“I was traveling through Ontario, trying to get back to Spokane Washington for a flight later in the week and had a DEF warning message that came on that was about to limit my progress and shut me down. The shop was booked out a few days, so I was going to leave the truck and get a rental car so I could make it back in time for my flight. Once Seth heard I was going get a rental car, he told me to wait around a bit before I got the car. Both Seth and Jamey discussed my issue, thought it may be a simple issue and did a quick diagnostic. To my surprise, it was a quick fix like they thought and I was back on the road within the hour. It seems the reviews are accurate. They did all the work on short notice and their prices were fair. They were even recommended by a local competitor - what does that tell you. Highly recommend.”
