“I watched a WOU basketball game here for the first time recently. The gym was spacious and had a high school feel to it. The sign however for "The New Physical Education Building" is extreamly small and not placed in a spot someone driving by would see.”
“Has plenty of cardio and weight training equipment. Offers fitness classes, personal trainer. Has lockers you can rent located in the bathrooms which also has a shower and hair dryers at least in the womens restroom. Some lockers are in front that are smaller you can use for free. There are coat hangers for jacket hang up and a table with key hooks to hold you keys.The employees are kind and helpful.”

“I joined this gym with my son who had Dave Plots as a middle school teacher. It's been the best experience. As a teacher he explains movements and it a way that helps you understand and empowers you. He makes the workout challenging but do able. I feel welcome and included in this community. I'm also enjoying the yoga classes and the Hiit classes on Sundays that has improved my running skills. If I could give 100 stars I would. ?”
