“Great coaches, very warm and welcoming! If you have been thinking about giving Crossfit a try, this is the place. Lots of class times to fit your schedule and plenty of other athletes to workout with. Exercise should always be this fun!”

“I love working out at 9 round! I like knowing my workout is 30 mins so I’m able to fit in in before I go to work. I have a history of finding gyms overwhelming which caused me to basically find a machine and stay with it. I like knowing that I’m getting a different workout every time and it’s not overwhelming. (And I get to punch & kick bags!) The staff is super supportive & nice. I’m so happy I signed up!”

“Its a great gym. It came recommended to me by a very experienced weight lifter. Love the equipment, has everything you need to train hard or just stay active. Whether you are an advanced lifter or a novice getting back into training or anything in between. They just did some upgrades so the equipment and free weights are in great shape. Staff is really chill and knowledgeable. Its my second home.”

“When my gym closed I was desperate, then I found IPA. Aron made a positive impression on me right away, he's very knowledgeable, and he transmits this impactful mixture of serenity and authority that empowers you and pushes you to give your best. IPA has the most thorough onboarding process I've ever come across, which I appreciated a lot; Aaron complied a list of mods to varios exercises specifically for me and illustrated my path for improvement. The atmosphere at the gym is friendly and welcoming, it's even baby and pet friendly. Workouts vary all the time so it doesn't get boring. They draw exercises from different disciplines, some of them were very new to me. I definitely recommend this gym.”

“I recently tried this gym out, it was $10 for a day pass. I wanted to like this gym more than I actually did, honestly just couldn't see it being a place that I went everyday - although there were a lot of things that I did like about it. First of all, the gym itself is much larger than you would realize just driving by it! There is the upstairs is where the treadmills live, along with other cardio machines, cable machines, and more. Downstairs there are two other rooms that connect, free weights in both. A couple things that I noted about this gym is that while yes they have a lot of equipment, there isn't much of a warm up area for stretching nor is there yoga mats, bands, or stuff like that (at least not downstairs). A lot of the equipment is kinda old, and I would imagine that it would take a bit of prior planning to structure a workout where you're not going back and forth from room to room for each exercise. Also take a few times there to get a feel for where all the different things are. Parking situation can be a little crowded since they share a parking lot with other businesses. Love the 24 hour access option here though, so depending on the when you go you can really feel like you have the gym to yourself! Overall, I don't have many complaints, just didn't feel like this gym was a fit for me!”

“I've gone to this jazzercise studio many times over the years and I have a ton of fun every time I go! The workout classes are really fun and incorporated both strength and cardio which I loved! Its hard to get as good of a workout on your own vs when you're working out with a group and you know it was a great workout when you're sore the next dayThe other great thing about this workout class is the community of people that attend the classes and the instructors. Everyone is always very friendly and inviting and the instructors create a lot of variety in the workouts so there are new routines all the time. Cant recommend these classes enough.”

“Machines, kettlebells, bands, free weights and cardio machines are good. It’s usually not busy at all when I go. Has what you need. I love that my Active and Fit membership covers the cost here. No locker rooms. Two large single person restrooms.”

“The highly trained representatives have yet to call me back about training my 9 year old girl to train for Volleyball. Several rumors that they arent a big fan of girls at gym. Was quoted $300 a month for 7 day a week training, seems excessive, but based on the amount of D1 athletes they pump out seems like a bargain.10 stars (if they call me back)”

“Love the location and how affordable this gym is! The staff are really friendly too. The only downside is that it is small, so they lack quite a bit of equipment. I really wish they had an aduction/abduction machine(s).”

“Grit Fitness is a HIIT gym that offers classes daily. I have been attending this gym for multiple years, the trainers are excellent and accommodating. Due to a back injury, I've had to scale back what I do and they're always helpful by offering up alternate exercises or allowing me to just do my physical therapy exercises while they run the class. They're also really good at pushing you to do your best (I had my weights swapped out several times for something a bit heavier by my trainer multiple times before the back injury ?) Classes are offered at various times throughout the day during the week. Gym equipment as well as the gym itself is kept very clean and gym members are good about wiping down the equipment after use.”

“The staff at Lancaster have always been welcoming, polite and respectful. Primarily the onsite trainer, Austin, who has been instrumental in my recovery from both knee replacements and we've already have discussed plans for after my upcoming lumbar fusion and has always been very encouraging. I would recommend this facility to anyone of my friends or acquaintances.”

“We were members of this club pre-covid. Post COVID this place is revitalized. The owner has invested in this location with additional equipment, more staff at the desk, better instructors and just a better overall feel and atmosphere at the club. I am excited to be a member again.”

“Came for the workout and stayed for the massage chair. The updates to this location are, in a word, amazing. I could have spent the day here. My beginning was. Quick stop to the lobby area to check some emails (ok ok my insta page) and sip on my coffee (fine..:I slurped up a $6.50 energy drink). After a small warm up in their group ex room I moved over to the bikes for a solo trek through podcasts, more Instagram and some pedaling. My MyZone kept me in check as my progress was projected on the tv screens so I had to show up for this workout. Some sauna and massage chair to dig into those tight spots and wind down the afternoon and this is one happy lady!”

“The staff, facilities, aerobic classes and equipment are all terrific. The assessment of older members for more challenging programs needs to be more thorough to avoid over taxing them.”
