“I was lucky enough to have my son-in-law make me aware of this establishment. After being quoted $999 to get a new alternator at another shop. And being told it would take 4 hours to put a new alternator in my car, I took my car to United Battery after talking to my son-in-law. It took a little over an hour to get my new alternator and a new belt for $300. The customer service was outstanding and the staff was amazing. Thank you for being an honest dealer. I’m very grateful to store representative, Adam, who quickly installed an excellent new battery in my Subaru Outback, kindly answered my questions, & unprompted, gave additional assessments & good advice. It was about 90 degrees today so I greatly appreciated his patience and generosity!
My only suggestion (everything else being excellent), is if this hot weather continues to extend in duration, perhaps the company should invest in a pop-up canopy under which cars and employees can be in the shade while batteries are installed, however quickly. As a Batteries Plus “plus”, the canopy can also add extra store visibility and space for advertising! ?”

“I was trying to get home to Seattle and my car started riding rough and I pulled into this O'Reilly's and Cleetus spent over 2 hours trying to diagnose with the check engine light diagnostic test and helped me put in spark plugs, tried an O2 Sensor and a coil pack...it did ease some of the symptoms, enough for me to get home and get it to my mechanic! I am extremely grateful for his knowledge, willingness to help and patience to ensure I could get home! If you want above and beyond customer service and expertise, stop by this O'Reilly's!”
