“I tecently went in to the Hawthorne location (without an appointment) to fix a reverse (back-up) light issue on my VW Passat. Other shops wanted to charge me a lot of money just to diagnose the problem! The guys at ABE quickly put my car in the service bay, found the problem and corrected it for a very reasonable fee, and it only took about 45 min. Everyone who works here is polite, focused and super-knowledgeable. Personally, I don't think it's worth shopping around when the best service is right here in SE Portland”

However, I broke my iPhone mini 12 days later, and had to buy a brand new iPhone from Apple.I called them to see if they would refund the $89, and the manager Sonny did. He did a check on it and it turns out, it didn’t need to be changed. Saved him $100+ and ontop of it Dennis came out to clean the corrosion off the terminals for him. Great service, thanks Dennis!”

“I left work and quickly discovered I had little to no brakes on my car. This was the closest O'Reilly's and I had no idea it wasn't a normal retail location. Alex helped me, and to say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. He came out to my car, identified the problem, then looked up the part. They didn't have it, so he tried looking at other Jeeps with the same engine. Still no luck. Then he went in the back and found a part that's identical to what I needed but for another car altogether!
