“Fantastic experience. I recently purchased a new to me 2022 Ford F250 and the previous owner had put in a large aftermarket exhaust. The exhaust was way too loud and droned like crazy at highway speeds. I do lots of highway driving and the drone was killing me. I went in early one morning after having had enough drone and lots of driving ahead of me. Jason was able to quickly find a new muffler, get it ordered, and installed same day. I came back in the afternoon and an hour later, they welded together a new muffler and piping. The truck has no more drone and is so much quieter and a pleasure to drive now. All together a truly 10/10 experience and the pricing was incredibly reasonable and fair. I will 100% return when I am ready for a more custom true cat-back exhaust system!”

“Yesterday I had my battery die on me and after getting a jump stopped at Gills S Point in Keizer on my way home to see if they could check it for me. They got on it right away and let me know it was my alternator and older battery. They put in a new battery quickly and I requested to return the next day for the alternator repair. They went out of their way to help me which I appreciated after being stranded earlier. Returned today and they completed my repair. Very friendly staff every time I have been in for tires and oil changes.
They provided the exact cost before I okd the repair which was appreciated.

“Spilled milk in the car became a curdled nightmare. Unbearable foul stench brought me to Rugged Cross. After explaining the issue, Mr. Walls asked to have my vehicle for an entire day. He deep cleaned the upholstery, and used enzyme products and ozone machine to rid the vehicle of the stench. End result: car looked like new, smell was gone. Reasonable price, excellent customer service. I felt listened to, and my issue genuinely cared about. Rugged Cross is extremely, highly recommended.”
