“Brought a couple kitties here from Mt Shasta. Dr. Jay and his staff really exceeded all expectations. Cats are from the humane society and have been kept in isolation for many months due to GI issues. With simple recommendations and compassionate response. Our little kitties have almost healed within 4 days. We've taken these poor kitties to other vets multiple times with no improvement and we even lost a tiny one along the way. Run, don't walk to get here when your babies need help.”

She was so kind and positive when she told me they did and would I like an appt that afternoon?! I was thrilled! I took my babies in and was so impressed with the service I received, made Banfield my “go to” vet hospital for all my rats! Over the months, the friendly, professional staff treated my pets with compassion, whether they were sick or sadly, needed to be euthanized.
