They kept in communication during her procedure, called throughout the time to check on her and how she was doing after.I was definitely a nervous wreck leaving her since this was Bella’s first visit with this vet. But, I have to say how happy I am to have found a vet place that is as respectful, and caring about both the pet and owner.They didn’t judge or talk down at me as a pet owner like I’ve had experienced at other places. It was a bit more pricey, but for the care and experience you get, makes it all worth it!Thank you again for taking care of my Bella!”

“I LOVE this vet clinic! I was looking to get a health certificate for my dog for international travel and no one in medford oregon really does it the way West Main Animal Hospital does. When I found out the last vet I booked an appointment with was indeed NoT accredited to get the Health certificate ... I called everyone and West main animal Hospital came in and saved the day! When I called them they said they were booked! Oh no !! " ... I HAVE to bring my dog to Italy with me for 3 months"... long story short .. we are at the airport now ready for our adventure! “Vanessa and Dr. Bliss have finally given us the answers we were looking for. Our fur baby, Lu, had eye inflammation with no explanation. They gave us all the information needed to be able to finally find relief for Lulu. They helped us make the best decision for her. They were unable to save her left eye, she was already fully blind. We did a full removal in hopes to save her right eye. She was born with a hole in both of her retinas. Her left eye progressed faster at only 4 years old. We have a plan moving forward to save her right eye. Thank you, Dr. Bliss and team for all your knowledge and kindness during this difficult time for us. We are appreciate you, all.”
