They kept in communication during her procedure, called throughout the time to check on her and how she was doing after.I was definitely a nervous wreck leaving her since this was Bella’s first visit with this vet. But, I have to say how happy I am to have found a vet place that is as respectful, and caring about both the pet and owner.They didn’t judge or talk down at me as a pet owner like I’ve had experienced at other places. It was a bit more pricey, but for the care and experience you get, makes it all worth it!Thank you again for taking care of my Bella!”

When I found out the last vet I booked an appointment with was indeed NoT accredited to get the Health certificate ... I called everyone and West main animal Hospital came in and saved the day! When I called them they said they were booked! Oh no !! " ... I HAVE to bring my dog to Italy with me for 3 months"... long story short .. we are at the airport now ready for our adventure! “Vanessa and Dr. Bliss have finally given us the answers we were looking for. Our fur baby, Lu, had eye inflammation with no explanation. They gave us all the information needed to be able to finally find relief for Lulu. They helped us make the best decision for her. They were unable to save her left eye, she was already fully blind. We did a full removal in hopes to save her right eye. She was born with a hole in both of her retinas. Her left eye progressed faster at only 4 years old. We have a plan moving forward to save her right eye. Thank you, Dr. Bliss and team for all your knowledge and kindness during this difficult time for us. We are appreciate you, all.”

I recently quit using a different vet because they were always too busy and too hard to get an appointment.i was shopping around for a new one when my dog got sick. I went right down the list and called all the four and five-star reviews and every single one of them told me they were booked up. Except for the cheerful vet. She said they were booked up but she will squeeze me in at the end of the day because my dog was sick. She did a very thorough examination. She was very reasonably priced. And even called the next day to see how my dog was doing. Five star vet for sure.”

“Can not recommend enough. My kitten has a bladder infection that we were scheduled to get her care for Friday but today she passed out. After calling around trying to avoid an emergency vet visit due to finances we called bear creek, the woman who answered immediately found a place to get Ellie in as soon as we could get here there. They went over everything and did everything possible to keep cost low and explained everything Ellie needed and gave her so much love and kindness. Truthfully our hero’s today. Ellie is home with medications to make her better and a follow up appointment to make sure she stays okay. Can not thank them enough. Dr. Church and Karli as well as Kaylee at the front desk are amazing.”

“My dog, Hank, came in after ingesting rat poison. Honestly one of the scariest days of my life. They were wonderful with Hank. He had to stay 2 nights but they were happy to check on him anytime I called and kept me well informed of him status. They welcomed my whole family coming in to visit him and love on him during his stay. They doctors we worked with were very informative and compassionate. They gave it to us straight but in a way that showed they cared. They took amazing care of our boy when we couldn't, and I firmly believe he's only still with us because of their great care. Thank you to all of the staff that played a part in treating Hank. Our family will always be extremely grateful.”
