“For 30$ you can become a life long member. It’s actually free because then they give you a gift certificate to use in the same amount. There is a used item area at this location with new and gently used returns at an affordable price. A great selection of gear and top brands. The employees were all incredible. I had to return an online purchase and it was simple and quick. If you don’t mind shopping online there are some great deals to be had. I just went inside to try things on and ordered the color I wanted online.”
“I was in search of some new comfortable shoes. I'll be working and on my feet more so I need something comfortable. I always have a good experience with Sketchers. I went to the evergreen parkway location but they had very selected options in my size which is 9 and seems always so hard to find it places. They helped me figure out another location that had it. We went to this location and I was very happy they had 1 size 9.”

“Had to make a return for an online purchase and as always, it was a breeze. The store associates were friendly and very helpful. I was greeted when i first walked in, asked if they could help me with anything, they were very personable, they check on on you in the fitting rooms and will get additional sizes for you so you don't have to. Customer service didn't disappoint.”

“Update: improved more recently. They still have a smaller selection than some other locations but what they carry was in-stock. Shoe department is a lot easier to shop, and there were staff around the store tmif I needed assistance.Shop any location but this one, the stock levels are mediocre at best. The smaller selection isn't their fault, its a smaller store, but this store seems to have trouble having things in stock that they carry. Shoes, fitness equipment, a fitness tracker, more often than not I leave empty handed and go to the Washington square location to purchase”
