Friendly staff willing to help and knowledgeable on their products always make the discussion more meaningful.Be leary of the nightcrawlers if you're a fisherman. The product says there's a dozen in each container, 3 of the containers we bought only had 6. Complained to Customer Service. Haven't heard back.”

Banging deals and awesome staff, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help.. of course I said no but then I was like "oh shoot, I do need help" so I walked over to the front and couple of workers were conveniently at the cash registers, so I asked for some help to get some shoes and they kindly helped me out! I would never hesitate if I ever have to come to this store again! Just a bummer that Nike isn't with Big 5 anymore but that definitely did not ruin my experience!”
