However, the beautiful lady who helped me was so kind she wrote down brands for me to look up online and didn't push me to have her order it for her (like some boutique shops like to do). Great place, definitely going back.

430 NW Eastman Pkwy, GreshamWorst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I saw 6 employees and I couldn't get any help. When I asked for help, I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. I walked around the store and saw 3 employees stocking shelves. When I asked if they could help me, I was told, " that's not my area or department", I can't remember exact words. Very rude.

I'm not sure if the management changed or there are new employees. I ho into this store about 1-2 a week. Always friendly. The store is clean. The only thing I would have to say that is negative, they don't keep enough of the brand of cat food I buy. It's a fine place to go.

From grooming to Toys and food and anything else that they sell it is definitely worth it, but it is my go to place for my pets and with my plan I get extra rewards for just doing the normal shopping stuff for my animals!!! Plus Petco has everything you need for your animal!

2830 NE Hogan Dr F, GreshamWe absolutely love this place. We started coming here a few months ago just to get our dogs' nails trimmed. We have three, small medium & large. She was very gentle! Sits on the floor with our large dog, and putting our small & medium dogs in a hanging vest that really relaxes the dog, and makes the nail trim easy! Today, we took our large sheepdog in for a premium wash. She turned out great! She was bright & clean and brushed out. I almost didn't recognize her! The best experience we have had and reasonably priced too!

Very excellent communication by office staff/ owners. Clean facility, engaging staff, very happy puppy! Would definitely recommend!

He's pretty high energy and is weird about people touching his ears and they still got the job done and quick! They also honored my appointment after an emergency the night before and I thought that was super awesome that they still saw us and took the time on my pup regardless of the stress they were under! Will definitely be coming back!

27841 SE Orient Dr, GreshamSadly not had to lay my mare to rest yesterday. Tina and my other horses, have been under the care of Dr. Paul Duff for over 5 years. Columbia Equine Vets have cared for our horses for over 25 years. Every vet from Columbia has been excellent.
However, Dr Duff has been extraordinary.
He is knowledgeable, communicative, gentle, compassionate, talented and has such a rapport with horses. He made my worse day better by reassuring me that we were doing the right thing at the right time. As my mare dropped down, her head was in Paul’s lap. He stroked her and talked calmly to her until her last breath. I love that man!

They went above and beyond for my dog when he wasn’t walking one day, they had a same day cancellation as I was leaving the office, and ran after me in the parking lot to offer the cancelled appointment time to me. 2066 NE Burnside Rd, GreshamMy cat gets scared at the vet and hides under a jacket or inside the hoodie I’m wearing. My last visit I was sitting on the floor when the vet came in. Instead of asking me to put him on the table, she sat on the floor with me to do the exam.
Cant tell you how much I appreciated that. Made my cat so much more comfortable in an already scary situation for him and the vet showed so much compassion for him. Thank you Dr. Sullivan!!!

1870 NW Burnside Rd, GreshamI have been training my dogs with Valley View Canine since the late 1990's when I received a German Shepherd puppy as a birthday gift along with a brochure for obedience training with Valley View Canine. Bruder loved his training and even in his old age I would take for him a nail trim. He would give Lynette kisses and hold very still for her. Three years ago I adopted my third German Shepherd and immediately enrolled him in obedience training with VVC. From an adult dog who didn't understand "sit" he had progressed to Obedience 3 and loves his training! He saw is first parade in May and I was very grateful for the knowledge I've gained training w/VVC to help him cope with sirens, marching bands and all the floats with loud noises. A shop keeper invited us to come into her shop full of breakables to help him get a break and even put water out for him! He was a perfect gentledog!
