“I ended up needing to return an item. The cashier said the item was not in the system. I went and found the exact item i had purchased only days before. The cashier did return the item for me. She didn't want to but she did. I appreciate her doing so. I realize she was only doing her job. I just wanted to say thanks for not making it a big deal and letting me return the item. Everyone working was helpful and friendly.
