“We rented a truck from them and they are really nice and helpful! They went above and beyond explaining all my choices including boxes, etc. We had to leave the truck after hours and it was very easy. Am looking into renting a trailer from them right now. Love this place!”

“5 stars because of very good prior experiences. The latest would only get 3, but I consider it an anomaly.The 15 foot moving van was quite old. Don't know the year, but it showed a lot of it's 154K+ mileage and there were ergonomic issues like no step to get in and an accelerator pedal way too close to the brake pedal AND offset to the left more than any other vehicle I've driven. Also, the ramp would get stuck about 4 - 6 inches from latching retracted. Made pulling it out and putting it back in difficult.The appliance dolly had at least one wheel bearing shot. Took extra force to roll it with any load and it squeaked wickedly. Fortunately, I didn't have to move the side-by-side fridge I got it for. I'm not sure how that would have played out, but I'm guessing not well.Otherwise, Booth Street Storage has always been a great place to rent U-Hauls from. The people there are really nice and I've never had a bad experience from any of the various trailers I've rented from them. I highly recommend them.”
