“I rented from here and the lady at the front desk was very professional and they had very good security cameras. Tammy at the front answered all of our questions and I was glad that she said someone lives on site to guarantee the place is being looked after even when the office is closed. I've seen other facilities that were very unsecure and with the increase in homeless people along the I5 corridor security was a big concern.Prices were fair and the lot looked very well maintained and clean. No broken down cars or busted RVs parked all over. Units were very sturdy looking and the seals on the doors were in good condition.I'll definitely call Tammy again if I need another unit. She didn't make us feel like a nuisance like another storage company did. Just very pleased with Mill Street storage.”

Our neighbor unit spilled a bunch of water into it unit and he immediately called us to inform us what happened and while we were out of state, checked our unit to make sure our stuff was not affected by it. He even provided a new lock for us. Highly recommend this place as they truly care about your belongings”

I highly recommend this establishment if you have things that need to go into storage that you genuinely don't ever want to lose and you want to keep safe. “Just wanted to say thank you to the woman who is running the office here, I am sorry I don't have your name. My family moved out of the GP area two years ago and we put some things in storage at Attic Self Storage. We left a small, precious family memento outside of the storage unit as we were in hurry and simply forgot to put it into the unit. The lovely woman at Attic found it and has been holding it for us for 2 years! I went over yesterday to sort the unit and she had been keeping the memento safe in the office this whole time. Thank you tons! I am sorry I don't have your name!!!”

“5 stars because of very good prior experiences. The latest would only get 3, but I consider it an anomaly.The 15 foot moving van was quite old. Don't know the year, but it showed a lot of it's 154K+ mileage and there were ergonomic issues like no step to get in and an accelerator pedal way too close to the brake pedal AND offset to the left more than any other vehicle I've driven. Also, the ramp would get stuck about 4 - 6 inches from latching retracted. Made pulling it out and putting it back in difficult.The appliance dolly had at least one wheel bearing shot. Took extra force to roll it with any load and it squeaked wickedly. Fortunately, I didn't have to move the side-by-side fridge I got it for. I'm not sure how that would have played out, but I'm guessing not well.Otherwise, Booth Street Storage has always been a great place to rent U-Hauls from. The people there are really nice and I've never had a bad experience from any of the various trailers I've rented from them. I highly recommend them.”

“Staff are nice, and are prompt to respond when/if needed. The only serious downfall of renting here is that you cannot access your unit after 5pm because they close the gates-although if you call ahead and need access extended after 5 for a short time, they will typically work with you and hold off on closing gate. It is also noteable that they close gates on random holiday closed dates of which are not always on the same day as actual holliday-However they do post notice on office door ahead of time, as well as verbally remind you of upcoming closed dates- if you happen to come into the office to pay- but if you dont then you may not have notice and potentially show up to find the gate closed.”
