He stated the hourly rates and minimum time upfront. As the date got closer we reconfirmed. They showed up on time with dolly's and got right to work. Very Professional, Very Polite and helpful and listened to my directions as to where things went. It took the time they estimated and charged exactly as quoted. No dropped boxes or breakage. “I rented from here and the lady at the front desk was very professional and they had very good security cameras. Tammy at the front answered all of our questions and I was glad that she said someone lives on site to guarantee the place is being looked after even when the office is closed. I've seen other facilities that were very unsecure and with the increase in homeless people along the I5 corridor security was a big concern.Prices were fair and the lot looked very well maintained and clean. No broken down cars or busted RVs parked all over. Units were very sturdy looking and the seals on the doors were in good condition.I'll definitely call Tammy again if I need another unit. She didn't make us feel like a nuisance like another storage company did. Just very pleased with Mill Street storage.”
“Just wanted to say thank you to the woman who is running the office here, I am sorry I don't have your name. My family moved out of the GP area two years ago and we put some things in storage at Attic Self Storage. We left a small, precious family memento outside of the storage unit as we were in hurry and simply forgot to put it into the unit. The lovely woman at Attic found it and has been holding it for us for 2 years! I went over yesterday to sort the unit and she had been keeping the memento safe in the office this whole time.
