“I was really happy with the service and price to get tires installed on my car. I bought them online and Les Schwab wouldn't put them on for me so I shopped around and they were the least expensive and they didn't try to keep my tires (like Les Schwab does). The guy working there mounted and balanced all 4 tires on less than an hour in 95° heat and only charged me $76. That's a lot less than other places and they were super friendly and they had a comfortable air conditioned place for me to wait. I will definitely go back to them when I need my brakes done.”

“This place is a class act. Great location, right off I-5, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Bryan is extremely educated at diagnosing and repairing. I was loaded up and leaving for Texas and had a water pump go out on my Duramax and he was able to fit me in and I was able to make my trip with no delays. I wish he was here in Texas. “Four stars .. AGAIN ! My dashboard said "check engine" so I opened hood and yup it was there, and so was lamp. So I called ROE Service spoke with Brent who said "come on in". He connected the computer to it and explained the issue. I got a ride home and couple days later Brent called and said "come n get it". No more lamp, the 100k service done, and the lamp was an injector that was an warranty issue. Just to say Roe Motors and their teams always keep customers first.”

“Sunday, when we stopped in Grants Pass on our way from the Northern California coast to Mono Lake, there was a loud whine and a grinding noise in rear of our Honda CR-V and all the mechanics were closed. We called Specialty Automotive Monday morning a little after 7:00, explained our situation and asked when they thought they might have us back on the road. They said if it was the brakes, they would probably have it done by lunch time. When lunch time rolled around (about 12:10) not only had they replaced the rear brakes, but also replaced the sway bars, which had been broken. Shawn, who owns the business with his Dad, was extremely friendly and professional, plus they have some gnarly ‘rods, including a beauty he and his Dad and Mom took to auto shows around the country right after he graduated high school . I recommend Specialty Automotive in no uncertain terms - they’re great mechanics. It’s obvious that for them cars are their passion as well as their livelihood.Service: Brakes”
