“I would just like to say how professional and hands on you all were. Having no knowledge of RVs it was clear to me, you guided me through it without making me feel inept. First of all Kobe greeted me right away and let me discuss my issue, because believe me, I'm the type of person had I gotten any negative interaction I would've turned right around and left. Personality is a big thing with me. The rest of the group in the office was as welcoming as well. He, Kobe checked up on me during the process without annoying me, which is big. Mark who delivered the RV to its station, with I apologize I don't remember the other gentleman's name was wonderful too. Then there was Matt. This man is a gem. Polite, knowledgeable and patient. I could go on and on about him. You all are lucky to have him as an employee. He represents your business to the highest level. There wasn't one person that I interacted with that didn't treat me with the best of intentions and respect. Therefore, I would in a heartbeat return to you should I be looking for another RV. “Four stars .. AGAIN ! My dashboard said "check engine" so I opened hood and yup it was there, and so was lamp. So I called ROE Service spoke with Brent who said "come on in". He connected the computer to it and explained the issue. I got a ride home and couple days later Brent called and said "come n get it". No more lamp, the 100k service done, and the lamp was an injector that was an warranty issue. Just to say Roe Motors and their teams always keep customers first.”
