“Gladstone Hyundai took care of me got my breaks and oil changed. Lent me a rental car and I bought my own breaks with life time warranty. Well auto zone sold me 2 sets of front breaks instead of making me come back out Ron Tonkin service went and picked up the new ones that the sold me front ones again. Then had to go back because the sold them the wrong ones too. These folks are my hero’s, they handled every thing so I could get my son to work”

“Clark was an amazing sales rep and his manager/the other sales person (unfortunately did not catch the name) that he worked with were very transparent and honest. They talked me out of buying an older car at a higher interest rate with no bells and whistles. I bought a Mazda CX-5 for much lower interest and financed it for the same amount I would’ve paid for an older car. I was able to stretch out my down payment for a more luxurious and comfortable vehicle for my expanding family. Thank you Mazda of Gladstone. ?”

“Everything is very good in terms of customer service, in terms of helping the client to save it is poor or at least in my case the help was poor, of course it also depends on each situation in my case it was the first time buying with credit, and my A very particular case that I understand is very personal, being in a country where the official language is English, there was not much of a person to explain everything to me and resolve my doubts clearly. But the staff is very friendly and is greatly appreciated.”

“This is going to be long…… but I think it’s important.My car started having some battery and key fob issues, I brought It into the dealership I purchased It from. A dealership I’ve trusted for years and purchased 3 cars from.After a diagnosis I received A quote for $7500. I was In shock and incredibly stressed out. Outside of the battery and what they called a “censor” issue, I had no issues with my car that I knew of. Previously it had driven very well for me and has taken me up and down Mt. hood and to the coast- without any issues. For years. Receiving that quote startled me, I need my car, I was really stressed out and unprepared for the cost.A man at the dealership said “to make your car safe to drive” he would recommend a few things, which all added up to $4,000 and the rest could wait. $4,000 was a lot, but it was a hell of a lot less than 7k. They offered me their loan service, and I signed up.Before I could Sign anything, I had thankfully texted my good friend who said this didn’t sound right and that I should give his shop a call, he and his dad used them for years and they are good and honest people. He said “ call the shop. read the list of things the dealership said were wrong with your car and see what the gold wrench says”.So I did Just that. I called The shop, a super nice man answered I told Him my story, read off the list and he said “ok….. that sounds expensive, I cant Really give you a quote without looking at your car but probably around $1000”. I told him the quotes I received And he said …..”get your car out of there”. It was good honest advice.And I am so glad I took his advice. That night I drove to pick up my car from the dealership, and drove it to the gold wrench.I received a call the very next day, in which I was Told they did a very thorough and detailed inspection of my car. My bill was $1,027.To be transparent, tires were a part of the dealership quote and those are an extra $681.It’s easy to take advantage of people in a time like this, it’s harder to be a good honest business. And this is a good honest business. I really Can’t thank them enough.”

Staff at In and Out Auto Care were super friendly and helpful and gave us the information we needed to decide whether or not to purchase the car we were looking at (WE DID NOT of course).”

“I was looking for a nicely used Toyota. Mainly because Toyotas hold their value and they've been around for 85 years. You don't stay in business that long by not doing well by your customers. I had a specific price range & model in mind. I looked on their website and was able to find what I was looking for. I added my information and not even 5 minutes in I got a call from Patrick a sales guy. He asked what I was looking for etc. with what I gave him I said I'd come down. I stopped in about 2:15PM. Checked the lot, found a car I wanted to purchase and worked on a paperwork. I was set on what I would put down cash wise. Nothing more! Patrick was able to get my vehicle financed and ready before 5:30PM. The application process is pretty easy. They provide you with an accurate credit score- as Credit Karma was not on top of it. We bought a nicely used 2016 Toyota Camry for what I feel was a fair price. As well as a warranty & free maintenance for the entire year! Emily did our paperwork and she was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend returning as they are fair and they do not hassle you. They also don't LIE! I've had bad experiences with dealerships- I'll put them on blast AUDI of Wilsonville who lie and are absolutely not honest- more concerned with selling a car & lining their pockets! Patrick made it clear they want good business and they don't want customers leaving unhappy. They want returning customers! I didn't leave at all feeling the way Audi made me feel! Thanks again Toyota of Gladstone!”
