My experience with the Gladstone Toyota service department was excellent! The transmission fluid service on my Highlander was completed right on time, and for just under the original price that was quoted. The service advisor Kyron was so kind and very personable. 5 stars!

Went there, nobody helped me at all the atmosphere was at best sad. The manager came off very arrogant and a sleazball that didn’t care, like the typical corny stereotype of a car salesperson. Would rate zero if I could. Avoid this shop
