“I'm a real customer and a father with a recognized disability, and I'm currently fundraising to get my car back to this shop for some essential post-engine swap repairs two hours after it was dropped of at my place. I clearly understood the pain they have gone through by (ordering a non working engine the first time, and Beaverton Mercedes sending them the wrong seal). So, this whole scenario held my car for 5weeks.
The team here recently installed a lower-mileage engine in my high-mileage car. They've been wonderful to work with, and we're actively trying to figure out the new issues that have appeared, which include:
1.Smoke coming from the left side of the engine at idle, likely from an oil leak.
2. A non-functional headlamp.
3. An unexplained noise.
I'm hoping to raise the money to cover the cost of these repairs so I can get back on the road safely, pick up my princess after school etc.
So, I am giving them a 5 star before Monday.”

The Colorado started having issues related to a TSB after I left only wish the warranty I left with covered TSB related issues but other then that I will be very much buying my next car here . Thankfully the TSB is something cheap
They even set me up with two free oil changes
The only thing I can complain about is the fact my kid now has waaaaaay too many Pokémon cards after the visit ?
Managers if you read this you have a great team at the Mazda dealership.

“I was looking for a nicely used Toyota. Mainly because Toyotas hold their value and they've been around for 85 years. You don't stay in business that long by not doing well by your customers. I had a specific price range & model in mind. I looked on their website and was able to find what I was looking for. I added my information and not even 5 minutes in I got a call from Patrick a sales guy. He asked what I was looking for etc. with what I gave him I said I'd come down. I stopped in about 2:15PM. Checked the lot, found a car I wanted to purchase and worked on a paperwork. I was set on what I would put down cash wise. Nothing more! Patrick was able to get my vehicle financed and ready before 5:30PM. The application process is pretty easy. They provide you with an accurate credit score- as Credit Karma was not on top of it. We bought a nicely used 2016 Toyota Camry for what I feel was a fair price. As well as a warranty & free maintenance for the entire year! Emily did our paperwork and she was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend returning as they are fair and they do not hassle you. They also don't LIE! I've had bad experiences with dealerships- I'll put them on blast AUDI of Wilsonville who lie and are absolutely not honest- more concerned with selling a car & lining their pockets! Patrick made it clear they want good business and they don't want customers leaving unhappy. They want returning customers! I didn't leave at all feeling the way Audi made me feel! Thanks again Toyota of Gladstone!”
