“When I pulled up with my uhaul, I had no idea where to go. I drove around looking for my unit and didn’t see the number and was getting frustrated. Christine came over to assist me and showed me that my unit was inside. She kindly showed me how to reach it, walked me to it and showed me where the carts were to help me unload.She also showed me how to keep the building doors open so they wouldn’t keep shutting on me between loads. She was very helpful and genuinely kind. The entire time she was helping me, she was also picking up every little piece of trash or debris that people had left behind or that had blown around. I’ve had several units with PS (Seattle, Sacramento) and this is the nicest, cleanest one with the friendliest staff I’ve encountered. Keep it up!”

“We are in the middle of two home renovations and a move and needed a place to stage some items. We stopped by Northwest Self Storage and spoke with Tyller. He was very helpful and showed us the various storage options. He then helped us rent a unit, purchase a lock and set its combination, and establish access to the facility. We've started putting items in the unit and it is making a difficult process a little easier.”
“I have been in these units for years now and the customer service is excellent. There were some safety issues in the past with break ins etc… but the staff is always helpful and wants to make everything right.I had a great experience with Robin recently. She was so kind and helpful and set me up with the exact unit I wanted which was super convenient and the right price. Thank you Robin! It’s this kind of customer service that brings me back over the years… the storage unit is great, but being treated really well like someone cares makes all the difference.”

“Great place to store stuff. Good security, pleasant employees and Robyn was very professional and respectful and diligent as we moved out. Only complaint would be that it took over a year before we knew there was a bathroom and drinking fountain upstairs that could be used during business hours. But otherwise a fantastic place and very clean.”

(For some reason I had it in my head that they close at 7) and he was extremely nice about it even though I was unknowingly being a j**** I am one of those people that ordinarily never stays at a business until closing time, as I have severe anxiety and don't ever want to irritate people. I am very grateful for how he reacted.”

“Public storage saved me and my family from the nightmare experience with UHaul storage. We had rented a truck to move 4 states and with it Uhaul was supposed to have a 10×10 one month free, reserved and ready for move in and yet after days of driving and needing to store alot of our things, Uhaul took over an hour at the counter lost and confused and unclear then finally told us they did not have a unit and it just kept going from there. So once we had enough we looked up Public Storage and after about 10 minutes with a very simple online reservation and rental completion we had a code for the gate and were finally able to unload the truck. Public storage saved the day and proved they have superior service and facilities and are reliable with amazing customer service to go with it. The woman that called to confirm my reservation was so kind, understanding and patient, because at that point Uhaul had me pretty upset, and she made it so much easier which was what we needed at that point. Also, the genteman who called to follow up on how our move it went and if i had any concerns or question or needs was a pleasant surprise and welcomed. I will ALWAYS use Public Storage from here on out and suggest everyone does.”
