Not very pleased very disappointed and disgusted with how my grandmother was treated here at this place she has a unit and she was treated like trash. Melissa was always so good to my grandma I definitely recommend her but the men that treated her the way they did just was not ok not recommended

I can't believe how bad their customer service is definitely gone down him! Mark "the manager" is incredibly rude as well as judgmental to a way different level. Regardless to my age, sex or nationality I should never be treated this disrespectfully.

Wish I had gotten in on the profit sharing these places must generate. Glad my closet doesn't charge me what a square foot runs here.... many people need extra storage space, and these folks make it easy
