“The new owner really cares about his clients and wants the best for them. There is no office on site, but he is willing to drive over to give tours or help in any way possible.The price is decent for the area, and it’s not far outside of Portland. They have security cameras and a gated fence.”

“This place is alright! Was a little worried at first but it is the closest to my house so went for it and so far not disappointed. Lost my phone in the parking lot/gate area getting out to enter my code and management tracked me down and returned it, the gutters were water falling and called and they fixed it immediately, it's inexpensive and nice and quiet. Price is good, customer service outstanding and am thankful they are so helpful!** Only thing id change are the hours. 9pm is a little earlier than I'd like to see them closed but it's understandable.”

“The van was clean, ready to go and easy to handle. The mobile pickup process did not go well. Ahead of the pickup time, I had set up an account and entered my driver's license number. While at the U-Haul lot, the app still required a lot more. It would have been better to enter ID photos and the additional contact's information before picking up the van. That said, your employee, Wesley, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in getting us on the road. The mobile check-out process was great.”

“GREAT hospitality and very nice landscape. No grass needs cutting bc all asphalt. Awesome some even have the position to house central Air and heat. Very great storage unit. Even though it's closed at times you can still start a unit for yourself at any time just follow websites terms and conditions”
