“I came to ACP for body and mechanical on my Outback. They were prompt in getting my car pick up by their towing and into the shop for review. They worked well with my insurance, and provided me a loaner vehicle while insurance was reviewing the estimate. Ultimately, my car was declared a total loss, but ACP let me keep the loaner for a couple days while I worked out getting a new car. Excellent service and will be coming here if I need anything done in the future.”
“Juston repaired some parking lot damage to my rear bumper that went all the way to the plastic and required filling and painting. I had the car out in the sunlight to see if I could see where the repair was done. If I couldn't prove it with "before" pictures, you'd never know I had a repair. I couldn't even find where the new paint was blended with the old paint. Amazing work at very reasonable prices.”

“I had repairs completed due to two separate incidents (months apart) at the Woodstock location and 100% recommend Caliber Collision. Each time I needed work done all staff were kind, personable, detailed in informing me on progress and timely (finished early both times!). They definitely know what they're doing - I have no complaint whatsoever on the work they accomplished. Bonus - they made it so easy to drop off/pick up my vehicle - they scheduled complimentary rides for me as part of their service. AND a necessary shout-out for Mace! His insurance company (State Farm) listed International Collision Repair as a recommended shop, so we went with them. We are so glad we did. Literally from the first contact with them through the day we picked up our repaired car, they were a pleasure to deal with--friendly, professional, transparent with every aspect of their work and the charges, and on and on. “My car was hit by a woman and then she referred me to this place which fixed my car but I don't know if there was any damage to the rear wheels of the car, they just told me that my paint was fixed but I think there seems to be damage to my rear wheels because every time I start my car I can hear a strange noise that wasn't there before. So I think this place can fix the paint as well as the dent, but can't do anything about the bent wheel.”
“I was T-boned by someone who ran a light, but was insured. I worked with KC Halsey Collision Center to re pair the body, wheel and more on my 2016 Toyota Highlander. From the beginning, Dustin was very easy to work with and made sure all of our concerns about our car were addressed. We got our car back and unfortunately it started making loud noises. Dustin was immediately responsive but unfortunately had bad news for me once they examined the issue. The situation was awkward and I had lost trust but Dustin and the owner of KC went above and beyond to address concerns and to provide relationship repair to this situation. Their business is "word of mouth", as it should be. All kinds of people work there, and all kinds of people come in for a good customer experience. “Highly recommend taking your vehicle here!! I took my Jeep Patriot in for what I thought was a simple leak and they had discovered there were multiple leaks all throughout the back end of the car. They kept me informed through the whole process and even ended up salvaging some of the parts so that I could save a little bit of money. “Brought my car here today for a secondary evaluation and they saved me 800$! Mechanic was very knowledgeable about my engine and showed me with pictures and diagram the issue that was being presented to me as a loose bolt was not actually loose but just the way the bolt looks. Very friendly and helpful staff! 10/10 recommend!”

“My truck was having multiple electrical issues, I messed with it trying to fix it myself and ended up needing to tow it and couldnt get it started.... The dealership was 2 weeks out and i needed my truck asap.. I cold called A & M, Jr answered the phone and got me in the same day. The service was fast, transparent, very fair and reasonable. With having kids, time is important and this shop was fast! So fast that I asked if he could do additional work with the extra time I had. Some shops don't communicate well, Jr was very easy to get ahold of and I was let know about the status of my repair multiple times. I will be coming back.Services: Oil change”
