“My fiancé and I were having trouble with our 2008 bmw 328i it sat at another shop for two weeks with no update on the repairs or cause…when we showed up to pick up the car it was completely torn apart took it to Bavarian they put it together and started a diagnosis in 2 days we heard back on the issue we were having and were given options for repair and ended up going with a new engine in about half a week they received the new motor did a full reseal of the engine tested it and put it in the car 2 days later got the car back I would 100% recommend going here for any of your bmw needs very friendly and amazing communication solid work backed with experience”

“Very fair, honest, prompt service! I ran my TDI Touareg completely out of fuel (which is a big no-no with those vehicles in the first place). They were very honest and straightforward from the first call, explaining thoroughly what the repair process could potentially entail. They were careful to help me understand what the potential outcomes were with hypothetical “best case” and “worst case” scenarios. Thankfully, the “best case” scenario turned out to be reality for me, and they were able to complete the work within the one hour diagnostic fee. I was not charged anything additional beyond the “ best case scenario “ estimate we discussed over the phone. They also provided me a free courtesy check and uncovered a list of concerns and considerations for future maintenance, all included under the very fair price I paid for diagnostics and repairs. I got a very good value for my money and look forward to doing business with them in the future!”

Honest, impeccable work done by honest people, real "people people," you know? I had a friend visiting from out of town and we were in quite the pinch, trying everything we could to a find a shop that would check the car out as he needed to drive back to Seattle as soon as possible. “I brought my truck in with what I thought was a serious issue. I explained the truck symptoms and was told the truck wouldn’t be looked at for a week or so. Perfectly fine. By my surprise, I was called 2 days later, saying they found the issue, as it was a loose ground wire going from the cab to the frame. The truck runs amazing now with no check engine lights, all the gauges and stereo work as they should. I will be back!”

I took my Saturn VEU in and they honestly told me it's probably not worth fixing the problem I had getting in through Oregon DEQ. I paid $900 for the car and the repair was a little over $2,000 and they honestly told me it's only a 50/50 it will fix the problem. HONEST AND RELIABLE ??”

“Needed a new pinion seal, went up to make an appointment. Think they were booked out about 3 weeks (that's the only drawback). Made the appointment, drove my other car while I waited. They replaced the seal, said the rear diff fluid was like mud. Flushed it and refilled it as well. Total cost was less than other shops wanted for just the seal. This has been my only encounter. I've heard a ton of good things. I will most likely come to them first if I need anything else done and would recommend to others. They were also very friendly and very easy to deal with. 09 F-350 6.4L”
