“Same Day Auto has been great to me and my 2010 Prius. I initially landed there because Toyota told me that I had about $1000 of things I needed taken care of. I asked around and somebody suggested Same Day Auto. They looked over my car and found it really the only thing that needed to be done on the list that Toyota gave me, was the transmission fluid. And they were right it was very dark and black.
They are fairly priced. I always check online to see what the average price of repairs are when something needs to be done (which isn’t often bc, ya know, it’s a Prius), and they are in that range. It’s great to have a place I can go that I trust. And even though I’m not much of a soda drinker, I love that little stocked fridge they have in the waiting area. :)”
“Bill at Coachman was an amazing person to work with. I was dealing with an insurance company regarding my car repair and Bill gave me his professional and honest opinion about my situation. He took his time explaining the process even though my car was not reparable at his shop.
Moreover, he declined my offer to pay some fee for his time and told me to call him if I have any other questions! I would definitely recommend Bill and his team for any auto body repair!”
“Ron was very helpful. Superior Torque Converter was not able to get what I needed due to high demand. It would have taken a day bit I had driven 2.5 hours to get what I needed. “Mike and his team was able to get my husbands truck in promptly even after the continuous need of repairs. Almost 300k miles on a work truck that’s used daily, they made sure no matter what the issue was that they’d take care of him promptly. We are big on small businesses and word of mouth for for promotion so we will make sure we let everyone know how wonderful they are and not to go elsewhere! Over the years Pat has invested countless hours researching the best options to repair and keep my Jeepster running in tip top shape. And all at prices I can afford. He also takes the time to explain what needs fixing and why without talking down to me. Pat has upgraded and fixed my Jeepster with a combination of new, used and rebuilt parts and fabricated a fix when parts weren’t available or too expensive. He’s a combination of teacher, mechanic, magician and the biggest car enthusiast I’ve ever met. By the way, he rebuilt my Jeep’s original motor, did an axle swap (both) with front disc breaks, completely re-wired it, did a transmission swap, replaced the carburetor, changed the points to electronic ignition and fixed many other things over the years that have kept my Jeep on the road and a pleasure to drive. I previously dealt with a more corporate location that did an awful job with my vehicle, charged plenty for it, and one of their smaller fixes was undoing itself a month later. So instead, I came here next because they came highly recommended from friends of family. When I showed up for my appointment, the lead guy just took a quick look at my car, fixed that smaller issue, and showed me how he did it in less than a minute. And because it was didn't take any time at all, he didn't charge a thing for it. He was very personable about it too.
It was like night and day from my prior experience having my vehicle worked on. I still feel like I owe him one for this, because I haven't been able to refuel alone due to my recurring issue. So, why not repay the favor with a glowing review?”
