Great studio! Love the kids yoga option on Tues/Thurs so my little can practice while I get my yoga in downstairs in the main studio. Will definitely be back :-)

Somehow I came on a night where a student teacher was teaching and WOW! Was it awkward. Glad I already know yoga or else I might have hurt myself. She meant well but she wasn't ready to teach. At all. But I am sure in a few months she will be there.
