I was just getting into fly fishing and had a free rod id found in the neighborhood free pile.. it wasnt a good rod but they didnt push me down about it at all.. really great at reading the customer.. just cant say enough about this experience.”
“Just visited this store and had amazing customer service!Was debating on purchasing a parka, but the price tag was more than I’d normally spend on any item of clothing, so I was very slow in deciding on the purchase.But the couple of employees were so kind in helping my boyfriend and I find additional sizing for me, as well as gave me tips on how to wear the parka. Special shout out to the person with long colored hair (brown/blue/purple) that said the coat style I purchased was their “winter go to.” You were awesome! :)”

“Update: the owner and April both reached out to me and have apologized and brought saddles to me. I consider this a great place. Admitted the wrong and going out of your way to make it right is a great business!I was ABSOLUTEly shocked at the lack of customer service. I was called by April that a saddle was there ready for me to pick up for trial and said I would be in that day to pick it up. I changed plans and orchestrated pick up and drop offs for my four kids so I could come get it. I live in Sunriver (which I said) by the time I made it there, she had gave it out to someone else. One it wasn’t saved for me and two I didn’t receive a call telling me it wasn’t there. I will not be supporting this business anymore. I don’t have the time or patience with being treated like this.”
“I love this place they are so helpful and friendly. You can test their tennis racquets for $20.00 and try them out before you spend money on one that maybe wouldn't have been the best one for your game. They even apply the trial fee to a new tennis racquet when you buy one. I'm so glad we have a store like this in Central Oregon!”

“Purchased a customized Powerwood M-14 for my son that plays college ball in Texas. He loves the bat. It feels great in the hands, the balance is incredible, and he can flat drive balls deep like he’s hitting his metal BBCOR bat. But the more amazing than the bat is the company behind it. They provide a 1 year “Breakage Warranty” on all of their game bats and they will inspect it and either repair or replace the bat after looking over the damage. Long story short, my sons bat developed a crack in part of the handle. I sent an email to their customer service address and in a couple of hours I had a response from not AI or some predetermined form email, but the President of the MacDougal and Sons Bat Company, John. He even apologized it took so long to get back to me. Well, after 2 weeks I have received the bat back today. Let me just say, even though they did a repair (which I anticipated due to how minimal the crack was) the bat looks brand new. It has been totally cleaned, inspected, repaired and appears to have been polished before they shipped it back out. This company represents what is great about American companies and the great American worker. They have had total pride in the way they have conducted business, the amazing product they produce, and they stand behind their craftsmanship with outstanding customer service. Thank you John.”

“I live nearby so have been going often this holiday season. Great gift prices and I've found down parkas for myself that were a steal and will be my go-to winter coats here in Central Oregon. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Never a long wait in line. I've gone different times of the year and some times have better deals than others. I suggest shopping the holiday sales as they're the best! Also, I wanted to point out that the EB outlet stores often have styles that cannot be found at any EB store or on their website. I found a chevron Cirruslite down parka with a beautiful faux fur rimmed hood - less than $90! A search online found 0 hits for this particular style parka. I can't yet speak to whether it will lose feathers or not. It may. But I don't care!”

Lindsey was nothing but helpful, kind, and got my name right, which is a rare occurrence. I didn’t catch the name of the other associate who was there at the register, but she too was nothing but a delight. I get it.. we were all there as teens..Well, I got the wrong color for the pants and the wrong style apparently.. so the wife took them in to try and fix my blunder and the woman that helped her went above and beyond. Charmaine helped navigate the new style and colors, return the wrong pair, order the new pair online, keep the "black Friday" 30% off discount and get it shipped to us at home. The wife was very impressed with Charmaine's customer service and knowledge of the products. This lady went above and beyond by helping her find the correct style and color and free shipping to our home AND on top of that we got to keep the discount! Glad to see some Holiday helping during the crazy shopping season.....”
